Thank you for visiting and shopping at Black Moon Aromatics! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with our order packing and shipping processes.

Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:

Economy Shipping: This is the slowest and most cost-effective method, and usually has the longest delivery time.

Standard Shipping: This is a mid-range option that offers slightly shorter delivery time than Economy Shipping, but may cost a little more.

Expedited Shipping: This is the fastest shipping option and the most expensive.

Black Moon Aromatics will ship your order using one of the following shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
NOTE: Free shipping applies only to orders totaling $49 USD or more (before taxes, and after discounts) that are being shipped to locations in the United States (including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and U.S. Territories). Orders will be shipped using Standard Shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available or updated.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently will ship to anywhere in the U.S. (including: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/DPO/FPO addresses) and Canada. We plan on expanding to other countries in the future.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Black Moon Aromatics is NOT responsible for any duties, import fees, or taxes that may be incurred during or after shipping your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to accept the responsibility of paying these.

Also, some of our products may have import restrictions in your home country. This could mean you may be prohibited from purchasing the item or you may be required to have a permit. Before placing your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on any potential fees/taxes/tariffs and/or restrictions on purchasing items from Black Moon Aromatics. We will NOT be held responsible for potential shipping/delivery delays or other liabilities related to your package.

Please include your phone number in the notes section when placing your order in case you need to be contacted by Customs regarding your package. If you refuse to pay any required fees or taxes and your order is returned to us, you will receive a refund for items ordered MINUS any shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Processing Time
We pack and ship all orders from the U.S. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment for your order. During peak periods or for larger orders, processing times may take longer. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order. Please be aware that our business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (10:00 – 18:00) Eastern Time (ET), and excludes the following holidays:
Shipping and Delivery Times
Please be aware that shipping and delivery times are estimates and are based off of typical ranges specified by major mail and parcel carriers, and will vary depending on the carrier, the shipping service level selected at check-out, and where your package is being delivered to, among other factors . We are not responsible for, nor are we in control of, shipping and delivery delays due to holiday peak periods, inclement weather, staffing shortages at shipping/delivery carriers, civil unrest, etc. Please check our website as well as the shipping carrier's website for any notices on delays.
For orders shipping within the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, APO/DPO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories:

The estimated delivery times above are for reference and will vary depending on the shipping service level selected, the shipping carrier, and factors such as: customs clearing process, duties/tariffs/taxes, local/in-country delivery service, and shipping restrictions.
NOTE: processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times, and are NOT INCLUDED in the shipping and delivery estimates.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please email us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please provide us with any relevant information or documentation that we may need to process your claim.
